Flat Bread
- 250g flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3.5g yeast
- 1/2 ping tepid water
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch cumin
Need all ingredients together. Cut into 4 pieces and roll thin. Place into hot dry frying pan, turn over once, brown on each side.
Peanut Butter Cookies
- 75g marg or butter
- 225g peanut butter
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 25g splenda granulated
- 200g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking power
- pinch of salt
